📋 Description

• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance ML platforms and systems capable of processing large data volumes and supporting real-time decision making and workflows • Design end-to-end AI/ML pipelines—from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, deployment, and monitoring • Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI/ML frameworks to maintain a state-of-the-art technology stack • Act as tech lead across multiple ML feature teams, providing hands-on mentorship during design reviews, code assessments, and performance tuning • Lead by example in tackling complex technical challenges and driving system-wide architectural improvements • Experiment with and prototype advanced machine learning algorithms to enhance performance, accuracy, and interpretability • Develop and implement systems for model monitoring, alerting, and automated retraining • Ensure adherence to security and regulatory compliance throughout the ML lifecycle • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deploy ML solutions into production

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; an advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is highly desirable • 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing AIML systems in production • Expertise in architecting large-scale data pipelines, real-time AIML serving architectures, and end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle • Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages • Experience with backend distributed systems & tools (Airflow, DBT, Temporal, Kubernetes) and big-data technologies (Spark, MongoDB, OpenSearch, Snowflake, Neo4j, Redis) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ML services (SageMaker, Azure ML, AWS Bedrock) • Familiarity with model interpretability, fairness, and regulatory compliance frameworks • Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Langchain, Langraph, etc.
