📋 Description

• Design and evolve cloud architectures across AWS and Azure, ensuring scalable, secure and cost-efficient platforms • Lead cloud adoption and migration initiatives in collaboration with engineering, security and operations teams • Implement and support governance practices including IAM, security controls and policy enforcement • Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering standards and best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders (English and Spanish) to translate business needs into robust cloud solutions • Produce documentation and contribute to knowledge management for scalable service delivery • Participate in international workshops, alignment sessions and project deliveries (must be based in Portugal and available for travel).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Spanish (C1) • Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance • Deep knowledge of AWS and Azure architecture and services • Experience with cloud security, governance and IAM • Hands-on experience with VMware platforms and cloud migration projects • Solid understanding of FinOps principles • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation) and DevOps tools • Strong client-facing consulting skills • Experience in ITIL-based service delivery environments • Familiarity with managed security tools (Prisma Cloud, Defender for Cloud, AWS Security Hub) • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing habits.
