📋 Description

• Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing high-quality orthopedic care that is accessible to all. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Specialist to support our growing team with recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems management. • The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the operational aspects of our recruitment and HR processes. This position focuses on assisting with recruitment logistics, maintaining our ADP system, and supporting onboarding efforts. The role is ideal for someone with experience in HR administration who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 1 yearr of experience in an HR administrative role. • Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS systems is required. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
