📋 Description

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to deeply understand the organization's data requirements, decision-making processes, and key metrics • Translate business information needs into technical specifications and work with the Business Architect, Data Analyst and BI team to ensure they understand and can meet these requirements • Design how information should be structured, captured, accessed and flow across various systems (CRM, ERP, marketing, operations, etc.) to support reporting and analytics • Work closely with BI developers, data analysts, data engineers, and business units to ensure technical design meets business goals • Establish policies for data quality, security, privacy, and lifecycle management; maintain metadata and data catalogs • Establish and enforce naming conventions, modeling standards, and architectural documentation practices • Manage and enhance the company's data and information security protocols to ensure compliance with relevant standards • Assist in driving the design and enhancement of our Business Intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods • Act as a liaison between the business units and Digital Information department, ensuring that solutions meet business needs • Develop communication packages in conjunction with Transformation team. Documents may include Playbooks, Transition Guides, FAQs, etc. • Performs other duties as directed by leadership • Can drive a cross functional group of business functions towards a common goal • Can multi-task across several simultaneous product launches • Thrive on ambiguity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in business, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred. • TOGAF Certificate (Enterprise Architecture) • Proven experience as Information Analyst, Data Architect or similar role. • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong grasp of business processes and KPIs across departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations, etc.) • Ability to translate business questions into structured data models and flows. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple, understandable way.
