📋 Description

• Verantwortung für das Product Backlog (Pflege, Priorisierung, Refinement) • Übersetzung von Anforderungen aus Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern in klare User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien • Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Wertflusses im Kanban- bzw. agilen Arbeitsumfeld • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams, insbesondere im Microsoft-Ökosystem (z. B. M365, Azure) • Aktive Steuerung und Moderation von Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Unternehmensebenen • Unterstützung bei der Definition und Weiterentwicklung der Produktvision und Roadmap • Integration und Weiterentwicklung von AI-basierten Funktionen im Produkt (z. B. Copilot, LLM-basierte Features) • Zusammenarbeit mit UX, Data und Engineering zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Nutzererfahrung • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Usability und Business Impact der umgesetzten Features

🎯 Requirements

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Softwareumfeld • Arbeiten im agilen Umfeld (Scrum, Kanban oder vergleichbar) ist für Dich selbstverständlich • Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Priorisierung von Backlogs • Know-how im Microsoft-Umfeld (M365, Azure, Microsoft-basierte Anwendungsentwicklung) • Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in klare, technisch umsetzbare Arbeitspakete zu übersetzen • Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management, inkl. souveränem Auftreten auf Management- bzw. Vorstandsebene • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Stakeholder Management in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch.
