📋 Description

• Own design for a product area across its full lifecycle: research, ideation, high-fidelity design, spec, and build QA • Design across our full stack: Web, Mobile, and Tablet (iOS & Android) • Work daily alongside Product and Engineering • Contribute to and enforce our design system • Use AI tools in your workflow • Talk to customers to understand their context • Run or contribute to workshops and pressure-test ideas with real stakeholder and customer input

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product or UX designer • Strong Figma craft: component-based design, systems thinking, prototyping, and specs engineers can build from • Familiarity using AI tools in a design workflow • Comfort designing for technical constraints • Experience with usability testing and a habit of incorporating critique and feedback • Comfort in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment • A design mindset that helps level up our overall design practice
