📋 Description

• Join high-impact client projects at post-product-market-fit digital-first companies • Prioritise problems, bring clarity to chaos, and orchestrate execution • Manage discovery and delivery for three streams simultaneously, internally and externally • Balance product strategy with hands-on execution • Adapt to diverse communication styles and integrate quickly with client teams • Support Senior Product Management Consultants serving as interim product leaders • Support complex cross-functional initiatives across B2C and B2B products • Help set and achieve quarterly OKRs, conduct Continuous Discovery and Jobs To Be Done work, and run A/B tests • Craft and communicate compelling product narratives • Define the problem, target users, market size, success metrics, and strategic importance of features and capabilities • Share and shape strategic context with clients’ CPOs, VPs, Directors, and Heads of Product • Move to new clients, teams, domains, products, or initiatives every 3–6 months • Contribute to Product People’s internal initiatives • Participate in performance reviews, development planning, knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and learning activities

🎯 Requirements

• Thrive in messy, ambiguous situations and create clarity, structure, and actionable plans • Maintain a calm, optimistic, can-do approach during high-pressure situations • Communicate directly, constructively, professionally, and without jargon • Give and receive feedback effectively • Adapt quickly to diverse communication styles and shifting priorities • Create boundaries that support effective collaboration • Understand how businesses grow, where revenue comes from, and which bets matter • Focus on measurable business impact, including retention, expansion, and efficiency • Manage discovery and delivery across multiple concurrent streams • Work across B2C and B2B digital products • Support product practices including quarterly OKRs, Continuous Discovery, JTBD, and A/B testing • Consider Central European Time and comply with the maximum permitted time difference of +4.5 hours / -1 to -2 hours • Prior work experience tends to result in L3 levelling, but no minimum experience requirement is stated • The hiring process includes an unbiased blind review and prioritises the questionnaire over CVs
