📋 Description

• Implement and manage advertising campaigns for retailer clients, from setup through delivery • Monitor account health and KPIs, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they affect the partnership • Prepare and deliver clear, insight-driven reporting on campaign and partnership performance • Support senior leadership in keeping the client happy and the partnership prospering • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth delivery • Support the retailer partner's day-to-day operational needs with a structured, professional experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales support, or a client-facing role • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Monday.com or similar work-management tools • An analytical mind with strict attention to detail • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets — comfortable building reports, working with pivot tables, and analysing data sets • Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, or digital media environments is a strong advantage • Exposure to retail media platforms (e.g. Criteo, CitrusAd, Pacvue, Amazon Ads) is a plus • Builds authentic, trust-based client relationships with a consultative, client-first mindset • Proactive communicator who flags issues early and comes with solutions, not just problems • Comfortable with data — able to translate reporting into clear, actionable insights • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Thrives in a fully remote, collaborative team environment
