📋 Description

• Location: Remote (note - we do not offer visa sponsorship) • We’re hiring a Founding Engineer to join our team. As one of the first few engineers at Roadforge, you'll shape our early product and company culture. • Responsibilities include defining, designing, developing, and shipping applications/features, participating in code reviews, and shaping engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Love for building and technical challenges • A passion for technology and a desire to constantly learn and improve • Experience with agile software development methodologies and working in all phases of the SDLC • An ability to handle a rapidly changing environment • Experience with our core tech stack (Typescript/C#) • Nice to haves: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or similar major • 4+ years of experience building software professionally
