📋 Description

• Lead and oversee Contract Margin Reviews, contract cost monitoring, portfolio analytics, risk mitigation, and scenario analysis for Americas CSA Contracts • Lead and oversee risk-finance pacing processes, including cum catch, actualization, forecast, escalation, and productivity, across current-quarter, early-read, and budget cycles • Lead and oversee risk-finance and productivity rhythms for CSA contracts in the Americas, including risk identification and tracking, high-risk reviews, actualization and CMR review with controllership, and renegotiation tracking • Partner with regional finance, modeling, catalog, and productivity teams to drive and track actions related to cum catch impact from forecast, actualization, and productivity • Support implementation of global pacing, risk finance, and productivity finance processes for MYAs • Partner with global and regional teams to implement best-in-class processes and tools, including escalation, extra work, lease, and cost tracking • Provide technical expertise to regional finance teams and prioritize items driving potential business risks or financial impact • Autonomously propose process changes and unconventional solutions to problems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in finance, accounting, or related field • Minimum of 3 additional years of finance, accounting or audit • Prior experience in Contractual Services and/or Gas Power fulfillment centers • Demonstrated success working with cross functional teams • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize under pressure • Strategic thinking and ability to create and execute concrete action plans • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
