📋 Description

• Develop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes • Define, control, communicate, and deploy global process and equipment standards across Aero Alliance factories • Partner with local factory technical leaders and channels on new repair processes and qualifications • Define manufacturing-asset processes covering facility integration, acceptance testing, machine health checks, calibrations, preventive maintenance, spare parts, and technical training • Validate engineering specifications and shop-floor application of new processes with EHS, manufacturing engineering, engineering, quality, materials, industrialization, and sourcing teams • Develop reliability improvement strategies using FMEA and Root Cause Analysis • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety teams on preventive and predictive programs • Drive continuous improvement to reduce equipment downtime and improve quality • Lead failure and chronic-issue investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions • Provide technical support for asset management, equipment lifecycle analysis, and spare-parts optimization • Train local factory manufacturing engineers • Participate in new-equipment design and installation and process implementation using Design for Reliability • Apply DFSS and lean methodologies, including 3P, TPM, Jidoka, PQ/PR, Takt Cycle, Standard Work, Value Stream Maps, Kaizen, 4D/8D/A3, and Poka Yoke • Lead functional teams or projects, influence stakeholders, and provide recommendations on complex manufacturing and engineering problems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (U.S. candidates) • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience (non-U.S. candidates) • 7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality (U.S. candidates) • 5+ years of experience in a technical role with expertise in Aeroderivative, Aircraft Engine, or Gas Turbine Testing and Balancing (U.S. candidates) • Significant years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality (non-U.S. candidates) • Significant years of experience in a technical role with expertise in Aeroderivative, Aircraft Engine, or Gas Turbine Testing and Balancing (non-U.S. candidates) • Strong/proven knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics • Project Management skills and experience • Fluency in English in writing and speaking (non-U.S. candidates) • Approximately 25% travel • Legal authorization to work in the United States for U.S.-based openings • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
