• Lead analysis of RFPs, contract reviews, and compliance matrices before submission • Build and operate Risk Review sessions and Deal Desks across Levels 1–4 • Partner with commercial teams on terms, conditions, assumptions, and risk profiles • Advise Sales and Tendering teams on proposal quality, risk assessment, and Deal Risk Management compliance • Own ComOps risk processes and governance tools during the Inquiry-to-Order phase • Use LEAN tools, win-loss analysis, and proposal post-mortems to improve offer quality and cycle time • Lead complex contract negotiations and align customer needs with Power Transmission quality goals • Review and draft NDAs, MOUs, Lien Waivers, Assignment Agreements, and Estoppel Letters • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, DEARS, and commercial flow-down requirements • Guide project teams on contractual and legal queries during contract execution • Handover signed contracts and purchase orders to the Order-to-Remittance phase • Maintain government property tracking records in compliance with FAR 52.245 • Conduct audits and coordinate physical inventories of government property • Coordinate government property disposition • Serve as primary contact for DCAA/DCMA property-management audits • Provide accountability reports such as DD 1662 • Drive change management, reduce cycle times and costs, and improve service quality • Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements • Promote standardized deal-making practices across the Power Transmission portfolio • Interface with Legal, Finance, Tax, EHS, Sales, and Operations teams to optimize sales solutions and align leadership
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or high school diploma/equivalent with 10 years of related experience • 10+ years of experience in government and commercial contract formation and execution • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • This role is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship • Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, UCC, FAR, FAR Part 12, FAR Part 15, and DFARS • Experience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts • Experience with contract change management • Experience administering or executing a FAR 52.245-compliant government property management system • Ability to draft and negotiate contractual language • Professional certification by NCMA, NPMA, or another relevant U.S. government contract organization is desired
