📋 Description

• Act as the functional owner for the Field Services ITR tool, Astro • Partner with IT to prioritize system enhancements and automate manual reporting processes • Manage critical integrations between Event Vision and ISM to ensure accurate pacing and reporting data • Lead the design and cross-functional implementation of global operating standards for Field Services fulfillments • Support SIOP process enhancements to drive business transformation and improve profitability • Support Services planning, pacing, monthly close, and reporting cycles • Ensure financial accuracy and timely KPI reporting • Produce short- and medium-term forecasts by correlating recent trends with underlying base-cost drivers • Partner with Global Services FP&A, Operations, and regional ITR stakeholders • Bridge operational output and financial results • Use data analytics to monitor performance, improve cost visibility, and ensure full cost liquidation across the business • Drive implementation of global standard processes across regions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of financial work experience in a global business environment • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize under pressure • Proven record of consistently meeting and frequently exceeding expectations • Proactive approach to driving results in a fast-paced environment • Operational mindset with an interest in developing finance and business acumen • Strong oral and written communication skills • Experience driving process simplification and excellence using contemporary data tools, particularly the Microsoft Suite and Power BI • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
