📋 Description

• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of Business Process Management Systems, including Quality Management Systems and Integrated Management Systems • Drive comprehensive process mapping for quality improvement • Standardize tools and performance frameworks • Serve as the internal quality resource and best-practice champion • Stay current with functional developments and contribute to strategy and policy development • Ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Convey complex messages, build consensus, and influence stakeholders • Mentor less experienced colleagues • Lead small-to-moderate risk projects and guide teams through sensitive or challenging initiatives • Shape approaches, projects, and working methods within the functional area • Analyze technical data to support data-driven recommendations • Solve moderately complex problems using internal and external insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in business process management • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus among stakeholders • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring others and leading cross-functional programs or projects • Demonstrated ability to plan, document, market, and execute initiatives from conception to completion • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to analyzing data, anticipating challenges, and implementing effective solutions
