📋 Description

• Plan and implement projects at customer work sites in the United States and abroad • Coordinate the activities of staff and subcontractors • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout each project • Commission projects and resolve specification issues • Handle project correspondence and provide periodic updates • Ensure customer satisfaction • Negotiate and coordinate with staff as appropriate • Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations • Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems • Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Finance • 3–5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects • 3–5 years of experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Primavera P6 • Proven experience managing customer-facing projects, preferably in the software industry • PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred • Certification in software development methodologies such as Certified ScrumMaster or Kanban is a plus • Additional utility-industry certifications such as Certified Energy Manager or NERC Certifications are highly desirable • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to lead programs and projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Experience in the utility industry, particularly with control room systems • Knowledge of utility industry regulations, standards, and best practices, such as NERC and FERC • Experience with utility-industry-specific software, such as SCADA systems • Legally authorized to work in the United States • No visa sponsorship available now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
