📋 Description

• Represent the Project within the Supply Chain organization and Supply Chain within the Project team • Represent Supply Chain sub-functions including Manufacturing, Sourcing, Procurement, and Transport & Logistics during project execution • Ensure full implementation of customer contractual requirements for delivered equipment • Act as conduit between Supply Chain, Engineering COE, and project teams to drive execution • Manage Supply Chain action progress plans to ensure on-time delivery, quality, cost, and contractual compliance • Update, analyze, and manage key performance indicators and provide regular experience feedback • Manage Supply Chain budget, risks, and opportunities • Collaborate with Material Management, Planning, Material Planning, Sourcing, Transport & Logistics, and project team members under the Project Director • Ensure handover with the ITO team to start OTR execution, including costing files, ITO EPP, cost hypotheses, and industrial scheme • Conduct working sessions with functions to establish project strategy and build EPP; review implementation throughout execution • Coordinate fabrication order submission, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, shipments, and daily activities with the Material Planner • Update key dates and deploy actions to secure on-time delivery and cash performance • Monitor total cost budget for Manufacturing, Direct Material, Transport, and Warehouse/Storage scopes • Analyze slippage issues, consolidate project review information, and ensure root-cause consistency for margin movement • Review project risks and opportunities, evaluate actions, and decide on measures benefiting overall project performance • Assume responsibility for delivery of allocated project scope and report non-conformities and cost overruns • Drive EHS engagement and promote quality discipline and zero tolerance for delay • Report to the Supply Chain organization and participate equally in the Project Director team(s)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor to Master in Engineering or Business Administration or Supply Chain management or Project Management • Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination in project management, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or supply chain in a project-related context • English is mandatory as per project location in the US • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Working technical knowledge of Hydro • Knowledge of production and material control operational processes • Ability to recognize and communicate customer-specific requirements • Ability to influence procurement and production, assess and define reaction plans, develop long-term risk mitigation plans, improve OTD, and expedite opportunities • Knowledge of product cost metrics and forecast deviations • Ability to support/influence suppliers on resource, capacity, and technology plans • Knowledge of manufacturing process technology, Sourcing, Advanced Manufacturing, and Engineering/System Integration • Project management skills including milestone and resource planning, risk and opportunity management, operating rhythm, issue tracking, escalation, and total cost management • Ability to work effectively across functions and in a global matrix environment • Knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies
