📋 Description

• Support Sales, channels, and customers with pre-sales and post-sales technical efforts for Industrial Communications products, including MDS and Lentronics • Develop and execute technical sales strategies for market opportunities • Communicate customer requirements to the Sales Manager for designs and quotations • Communicate order fulfillment requirements to sourcing and operations teams • Direct customer management with clear internal and external communication • Document competitor activities and assess potential market moves • Review and influence customer specifications to ensure compliance or document exceptions for equipment and service quotations • Collaborate with Communications Sales Application Engineers, Sales Managers, and the immediate manager • Deliver technical presentations to all levels of customer organizations • Develop engineering and installation work scopes, schedules, and cost estimates for total-scope project offerings • Manage and negotiate commercial and contractual risk within the Inquiry to Order process • Contribute to regional sales, orders, profitability, and ITO quality goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college and or equivalent years experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical Engineering role • Minimum 3 years of Networking and/or Industrial Communications experience • Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% • Ability to work independently without direct supervision • Solid presentation skills, interpersonal and leadership skills • Excellent creative problem solving skills and customer mindset • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization • Ability to work legally in the United States • CCNA / CCNP (desired) • IEEE, MIS, CS (desired) • Six Sigma training or equivalent Quality Training (desired)
