📋 Description

• Run the end-to-end configuration loop for each unit, from intake and source collection through decomposition, guide authoring, platform configuration, QA handoff, sign-off, and promotion • Decompose complex business rules, tariffs/rate schedules, and special contracts into the platform’s configuration model • Use authoring guides and reusable component libraries, referencing shared components rather than recreating them • Prepare source documents for LLM parsing and review AI-generated price tables, seasonal schedules, and charge formulas • Apply human-in-the-loop judgment where AI confidence is low and feed corrections back to improve tooling • Partner with the module Solution Architect on model-fit and data-model questions • Collaborate with client rate/billing SMEs to confirm source-of-truth information and unique requirements • Own configuration quality through parallel-bill-to-the-penny validation against 12–13 months of legacy CIS billing history • Keep configuration guides, workbooks, and component libraries synchronized and document handoffs • Configure tariffs and special contracts, contribute reusable components, and help tune the AI configuration flywheel

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of configuration / rules-engine experience • Experience configuring an enterprise platform declaratively, such as a utility CIS/billing platform such as Oracle CC&B or SAP IS-U • Utility rate/tariff/billing structures fluency, or transferable rate/pricing/benefits-rules experience • Ability to read a tariff filing or contract and understand the underlying data model • Comfort with structured data, spreadsheets, light SQL, and working alongside AI tooling • Exposure to AI-accelerated / human-in-the-loop configuration workflows is nice to have • Instinct to build reusable components instead of one-offs is nice to have • Must be US-based • Must be able to travel periodically to customer sites
