📋 Description

• Design, implement, and evolve the Core Agentic Workflow and Requirements Agent on the Duo Agent Platform • Evolve the platform requirements knowledge base, including schema design, validation tooling, and CI systems • Build integration surfaces across issues, merge requests, design documents, and CI/CD pipelines • Partner with Infrastructure, Security, and Data platform teams to translate expertise into structured requirements and validation logic • Design quality-control feedback systems to surface assessment errors, missed gaps, and content drift • Measure and improve assessment accuracy and guidance relevance • Mentor engineers on agentic-workflow standards, prompt discipline, evaluation methodology, and human-AI collaboration • Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decision records • Define technical direction for the newly established Platform Readiness team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in backend, platform, or developer-facing tooling • Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang • Experience shipping developer-facing tooling for engineer users • Understanding of GitLab-style workflows, including issues, epics, merge requests, CI/CD, and code review • Ability to work across multiple platform teams • Experience with structured content systems, schemas, or validation tooling
