📋 Description

• Discover and build Glean's next product surfaces through 0-to-1 product creation • Identify unsolved business problems and design and ship new products to solve them • Lead deep opportunity discovery and form and test product hypotheses with Forward Deployed PMs • Act as a technical partner to customer C-suites and explain solutions, rationale, and risks • Make successful solutions repeatable and work with the core R&D team to scale products • Collaborate with Glean's engineering and product teams to shape platform capabilities • Translate field discoveries into future product development

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical roles with a track record of shipping production software • Experience building production software from scratch in ambiguous environments • Experience shipping AI-powered solutions in the real world, including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale • Strong programming skills across the stack • Deep understanding of enterprise systems • Business acumen to identify customer problems and connect them to product hypotheses • Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with executives and stakeholders • Ability to assess buildability, estimate timelines, simplify scope, and solve problems independently • Willingness to travel 25–50% • Nice to have: experience as a founder, at a top-tier technology company, or in forward deployed engineering • Nice to have: technical degree in CS, engineering, math, or related field • Nice to have: deep familiarity with LLMs, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks • Nice to have: experience driving technology adoption inside large enterprises
