📋 Description

• Review applications and correspond with applicants and references to ensure a warm welcome to ExploreGod • Process reactivation requests from former online missionaries and guide them through the training process • Use the CRM and online learning system to track application status and training progress • Engage with trainees to deepen their understanding and monitor their progress • Review trainees’ online exercises and coach them on how to grow in their ministry • Place graduates in a volunteer community and communicate with their new leader to ensure a smooth transition • Manage application and training email inboxes, responding to inquiries within 1 business day • Troubleshoot basic applicant and trainee technical issues, escalating issues to the tech team as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years experience in administrative role • Enjoys learning and using new technologies • Strong Spanish and English written communication skills, especially through email • Proactive problem-solver and decision-maker with a detail-oriented approach to execution • Experience working with a CRM or LMS a plus • Heart for coaching others, usually through email or Zoom calls, on effective ministry approaches • Passion for the mission of ExploreGod • Full agreement with ExploreGod’s Statement of Faith
