📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology, data, digital, automation, or AI-enabled initiatives from definition through implementation • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities, changing requirements, and distributed teams • Coordinate business owners, technical delivery teams, architecture, data teams, vendors, and subject-matter experts • Define KPIs, acceptance criteria, benefits measures, and adoption plans for new products, platforms, or operating processes • Manage POCs, rapid prototypes, testing plans, schedules, and delivery • Track budgets and resources • Facilitate meetings and provide status reporting and executive communication • Coordinate technology and business/marketing teams • Implement AI into marketing/content workflows • Collaborate across teams in the US, Ireland, and India, with Europe-hours overlap

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of project/program management experience • Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional technology, data, digital, automation, or AI-enabled initiatives from definition through implementation • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities, changing requirements, and distributed teams • Strong project planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, status reporting, meeting facilitation, and executive communication skills • Experience working with business owners, technical delivery teams, architecture, data teams, vendors, and subject-matter experts • Practical understanding of AI delivery concepts, including data quality, integrations, experimentation, model or solution validation, privacy, security, and responsible AI governance • Experience defining KPIs, acceptance criteria, benefits measures, and adoption plans for new products, platforms, or operating processes • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, exercise sound judgment, and create structure in ambiguous environments • Comfort working across Ireland and U.S. time zones, with flexibility to maintain regular collaboration windows with both teams • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable project/product delivery certification preferred • Experience working with large complex global organizations • PMP certification • Strong Agile project management and strategic planning experience • Experience coordinating technology and business/marketing teams • Working knowledge of AI concepts, including AI models/GenAI, AI agents, AI governance, and privacy/security considerations • Proven experience managing POCs, rapid prototypes, testing plans, schedules, and delivery • Strong experience with budget and resource tracking • Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Ability to work with teams across the US, Ireland, and India • Willingness/ability to work hours that provide overlap with Europe • Marketing/digital marketing projects experience • Insurance or consulting industry experience preferred • Experience delivering AI-related projects • Digital marketing, web, social media, creative, branding, or communications technology experience • Experience implementing AI into marketing/content workflows • Multilingual content/publishing technology experience • Insurance or consulting background
