• Responsible for managing and optimizing global employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and pension plans, for both employees and customers. • Ensure compliance with applicable country, state, and federal regulations. • Analyze existing benefits plans and implement new initiatives. • Lead the open enrollment process and coordinate with vendors. • Contribute to the development of competitive benefits strategies that promote employee well-being. • Enhance the employee benefits experience while ensuring effective administration of benefits programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or related fields. • Professional HR or benefits certification is a plus. • In-depth understanding of employee benefits and applicable laws, gained from previous roles. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Customer-centric with excellent project management skills to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits services. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating initiative and proactivity. • A commitment to ongoing process improvements and optimizing benefits administration. • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of benefits administration. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex benefits information clearly and effectively. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all situations. • Prior experience with Workday and proficiency with Google suite, ServiceNow, Jira, ADP, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar software
