• Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience in recruiting preferably in a remote or virtual environment. • Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction technics essential • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices. • Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions an advantage • Comfortable conducting business in English.
