📋 Description
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom • Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately • Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions • Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
🎯 Requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the United States/Canada • High school diploma or equivalent required • 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented and self-motivated • Proficiency with online platforms (Zoom, Google Sheets, Forms) • Skilled in time management and multitasking • Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
