📋 Description

• Provide tailored F&I training for dealers in collaboration with field account representatives on GM Protection products, menu & interview process, and systems. • Support new dealership launches, new F&I Manager training, service claims processes, overcoming objections, and business development. • Maintain effective communication with dealers and appropriate internal partners. • Be self-motivated with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive change. • Be mobile as this role is fully remote and may travel up to 80% of the time to dealership training assignments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, or extensive relevant experience preferred • In-dealership F&I experience strongly preferred • A proven track record of quality sales performance and client satisfaction preferred
