• Gather case history, interpret hearing tests, and determine hearing aid candidacy • Build rapport and gather client history • Dispense, fit, and troubleshoot hearing aids via phone or video • Train clients with little exposure to technology to use tele-health services • Provide best-in-class service to Jabra Hearing clients • Work closely with the operations and customer experience team • Report directly to a Remote Audiology Manager
• Must hold an active Audiologist License in good standing • 3+ years of experience dispensing and fitting Hearing Aids for adult patients • Preferably experience with remote fitting software • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or a passing Praxis Exam within the last 12 months • Availability during weekday business hours for a consistent schedule of client appointments • Ability to participate in rotating weekend coverage • Clear and concise communication skills • Ability to apply clinical experience to an innovative new service model • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
