• Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and revenue across key trade partnerships. • Translate business objectives and partner goals into actionable marketing plans, campaigns, and recommendations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, collaborating closely with Business Development to support account plans and shared growth initiatives. • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Product, Creative, Project Management, and Operations teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs. • Manage partner marketing budgets, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and ROI measurement. • Analyze partner performance, advisor engagement, campaign results, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies. • Present results, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders and partner organizations. • Represent Collette at partner meetings, industry events, and trade engagements. • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, advisor feedback, and partner priorities to inform future strategies. • Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis, innovation, and best-practice sharing. • Manage direct reports and support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field • 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, sales, product marketing, or related disciplines with a proven track record of driving revenue growth • Knowledge of partner marketing, account-based marketing, customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth strategies • Experience working with consortia, host agencies, travel advisors, trade partners, or the travel and tourism industry preferred • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, market intelligence, advisor feedback, and performance insights to identify opportunities and drive results • Experience managing budgets, forecasting ROI, and measuring marketing effectiveness • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Experience using CRM systems, marketing technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled tools • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, think strategically, solve problems, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, trade events, and internal collaboration as needed
