• 12+ years of HR or relevant business partner experience • 5+ years of people leadership experience leading and growing a business partner team globally • Proven instances of collaboration and impact with executives, staff, and colleagues • Direct experience of working with or in a large-scale global organization • Travel may be required to our sites, although frequency can vary from two times a year to more
