• Identify and engage potential participants from conferences, including investors, fund managers, and financial institutions. • Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to drive event attendance and sponsorship interest. • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions within the CRM. • Support logistical and operational needs for events (agendas, attendee updates, materials). • Participate in conferences when required, assisting with on-site registration, coordination, and client relations.
