📋 Description
• Lead design and implementation of new features for core application modules. • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business teams to gather and refine requirements. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure software solutions. • Optimize performance for efficiency and speed to ensure seamless user experience. • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers. • Ensure high test coverage and follow CI/CD processes and production deployment best practices. • Provide production support and maintain system reliability. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and adapt to shifting priorities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience working in an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban). • Excellent communication and expectation management skills. • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, maintainable code. • Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. • Experience with relational and non-relational databases. • Solid understanding of microservices architecture. • Hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment best practices. • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
