📋 Description

• Lead technical troubleshooting efforts for our enterprise integration queue, delivering solutions within demanding SLA timeframes (24-48 hours) • Learn the onboarding process end to end and be the first line of support when onboarding new enterprise accounts • Test new pricing configurations and respond to enterprise questions around configuration issues • Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring dashboards to track API performance and integration health • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex integration issues and implement scalable solutions • Partner on defect issues to quickly size problems for engineering partners • Write and maintain Python scripts to automate troubleshooting processes and enhance support efficiency • Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, translating complex issues into clear action items

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered) • 5+ years of technical support experience with enterprise-level integrations • Strong proficiency in Python programming and API interactions • Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, SQL and web services • Experience building and maintaining monitoring dashboards • Strong understanding of API authentication, error handling, and troubleshooting methodologies • Experience working within strict SLA environments • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
