• Own large features end-to-end—from design to production • Drive key architectural decisions • Mentor junior developers • Optimize backend performance • Scale infrastructure • Improve frontend responsiveness • Debug complex production issues
🎯 Requirements
• 4-5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong experience with Node Js for backend development • Expertise in Vue.js for frontend development • Solid understanding of software architecture, microservices, and system design • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases • Comfortable with CI/CD processes, containerization, and cloud environments • Proven leadership in mentoring and leading projects. • Strong communication and documentation skills.
