📋 Description
• Support UAT Strategy Development: Assist in developing and refining the UAT strategy • Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers and development teams • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in UAT processes • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for UAT-related communications • Governance and Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements • Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UAT team members
🎯 Requirements
• Successful completion of a high school diploma is required • An Associate’s degree is required; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree • 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and user acceptance testing • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams • Experience with Golden 1’s key vendors and products such as Fiserv (DataSafe, DNA) is a plus • Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, tools, and best practices
