📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise for Golden 1's Informatica ETL implementation • Assist the ETL Architect with enterprise data warehouse implementation methodologies, standards, design patterns, and best practices • Help lead ETL developers and participate in ETL development activities • Install, configure, and administer Informatica PowerCenter and IDQ • Analyze, design, develop, test, and configure workflows and mappings • Serve as an expert and lead technical resource throughout ETL project lifecycles • Support, maintain, and monitor enterprise data warehouse ETL jobs, processes, and platform health • Diagnose and resolve technical problems to meet uptime and service-level requirements • Develop high-quality processes using structured development techniques • Implement data services and solutions using an agile-based approach • Recommend improvements to data delivery, data quality, and processing efficiency • Partner with quality assurance teams to identify errors and validate business specifications • Organize and lead code releases using Informatica PowerCenter • Develop operational support guides and run books • Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed application designs • Maintain software development lifecycle guidelines and standards and architecture artifacts • Assist with processes, policies, standards, and procedures supporting corporate and regulatory compliance • Train, direct, and evaluate staff and resolve system problems • Maintain understanding of credit union compliance laws and regulations, including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or comparable discipline, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of five years' experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data warehouse ETL implementations • Experience with cloud implementations is essential • Highly experienced with Kimball-based data warehouse implementations • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling for ETL design and development • Experience designing daily and monthly snapshot facts, accumulating snapshot facts, factless facts, Type 1, 2, and 3 dimensions, hybrid dimensions, 3NF, and other modeling techniques • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, management, and monitoring • Strong understanding of data management best practices, including data quality, reference data, metadata, and data lineage • Strong SQL skills • Data integration experience • Effective oral and written communication skills • Thorough understanding of state and federal credit union compliance laws and regulations, including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws • Availability for emergency and on-call duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as needed • Occasional travel may be required • Ability to lift and carry communications equipment and computer hardware weighing up to 50 pounds • Manual dexterity to operate computer hardware, hand tools, and office equipment • Valid California Driver's License required • Prolonged sitting, corrected vision in the normal range, and hearing within normal range required
