📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience • Support recruiters with applicant tracking, data entry, and candidate follow-ups • Assist in onboarding coordination and new hire documentation • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide administrative support • Maintain and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
