📋 Description

• Assist the head of operations with day-to-day tasks • Work with internal operations teams to standardize and format orders • Process quotes and client lists • Ensure plant lists received from clients are accurate and meet company standards • Process quotes and orders in support of the operations function • Share ideas and contribute to business growth in a startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in supply chain, operations management, or related field (in progress) • English written and spoken • French is a plus • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Ability to work without direct supervision and take ownership of work • Comfortable with changing plans in a fast-growing early-stage startup • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to prioritize and identify what really matters • Detail-oriented • Ability to work in Montreal, QC
