📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy scalable, high-quality features powering GoodTime's hiring intelligence platform • Architect and implement new features and iterate/maintain existing features • Debug and investigate bugs reported by customers • Partner with Product and Design teams to plan feature development • Drive performance and stability improvements across GoodTime Hire • Demo new features to internal stakeholders at company-wide all hands meetings • Own projects from initial concept through release • Learn new languages, systems, and models as the market shifts • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to drive the technical roadmap and deliver impactful solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Software development • 3+ years experience in Javascript/Typescript • 3+ years experience in React • Advanced knowledge of web development, with a deep understanding of the Javascript ecosystem • Experience with debugging tools, such as Datadog • Excellent time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Customer empathy • Product driven mindset • Strong attention to detail and emphasis on quality work • Comfortable learning new technologies and systems • Experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development and test-driven development • Experience with relational databases • Solid understanding of REST communication
