• Lead and manage category management projects for key customers, delivering customized solutions and driving business growth • Analyze customer, sales, and market data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as an analytical subject matter expert • Collaborate with the Category Management team to develop, refine, and implement category management tools and processes • Prepare and deliver customer presentations using data and analysis to answer questions and provide insights • Support data integration efforts involving customer data and Goodyear internal and external data • Support category management initiatives, category assortment and planning processes, and strategic customer relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a business environment • Strong background in data analysis, business insights, and data visualization • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Experience with SQL or another programming language • Experience with Oracle, Snowflake, and Tableau • Ability to identify trends, solve complex business problems, and develop actionable recommendations from customer and market data • Experience presenting insights and strategic solutions to customers and stakeholders • Ability to influence decision-making and drive results • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Relocation is not available • Sponsorship is not available
