• Develop and implement sales strategies and account plans to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives. • Lead strategic account planning and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally with the commercial category planning team. • Identify, analyze, and address customer needs while promoting the full product portfolio. • Partner with dealers and distributors to grow fleet business. • Provide accurate forecasts and commercial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or, alternatively, more than 10 years of experience in sales, supply chain, or category management. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, supply chain, or category management. • Experience managing strategic customer relationships and developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth. • Bilingual in French and English required. • Strong customer relationship, communication, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work remotely, with availability for business travel as needed.
