📋 Description

• Define and execute Gorilla Logic's Healthcare & Life Sciences go-to-market strategy • Drive significant revenue growth across Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Diagnostics, and Life Sciences organizations • Own bookings, revenue growth, pipeline generation, forecasting, and strategic account expansion • Build executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Product Leaders, and other C-level executives • Lead complex enterprise pursuits from qualification through contract execution • Partner with executive leadership, marketing, alliances, solution architecture, and delivery teams to create differentiated client solutions • Identify strategic partnerships and alliance opportunities that accelerate market growth • Represent Gorilla Logic at executive briefings, conferences, and industry events • Mentor and help scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience selling digital engineering, software development, IT consulting, or digital transformation services • 5+ years in a sales leadership or strategic business development role • Demonstrated success selling into Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Diagnostics, or Life Sciences organizations • Proven history of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar annual revenue quotas • Experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles and consulting engagements valued at $1M+ • Established executive relationships within Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations strongly preferred • Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills • Bachelor's degree required • MBA preferred • Ability to travel as needed
