• Develop and own Shippo’s demand generation strategy and campaign calendar to deliver against growth and pipeline targets. • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, events, content syndication, ABM, and more) • Lead lead-scoring and nurturing programs to improve funnel conversion rates. • Work closely with sales to ensure campaign alignment, enablement, and reporting on pipeline attribution. Responsible for the API revenue OKR and for SQL OKR, and owns the outcome all the way to close-won. • Has deep understanding of the business, the API buyer journey, and demand generation strategies relevant to this audience. • Identify opportunities to optimize website conversion rates to improve business outcomes. • Manage demand generation budget and allocate spend to maximize ROI. • Define and set challenging but attainable goals • Use data to track KPIs, identify insights, and optimize performance. • Own demand gen tech stack, partnering with RevOps to ensure strong data flow.
• Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue. • Experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise companies. • Experience working with APIs, logistics software or technical products is a plus. • Strong understanding of ABM, lead nurturing, and marketing automation tools • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to improve results • Ability to prioritize and efficiently communicate marketing goals and results to diverse audiences including your team, executive leadership, and the company as a whole. • 7+ years of experience working in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing • Bachelor’s degree required
