📋 Description

• Oversight of financial reporting accuracy and timeliness of processing client information • Bank and other balance sheet reconciliation and documentation • Payroll preparation and reconciliation • Review and approval of transactional accounting • Management of weekly open items and communication with clients • Preparation of initial draft financials and reporting package for completion by manager • Work with team to ensure timely month end close and delivery of financials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field • Minimum of three years of professional working experience • Prior operational accounting experience, such as A/P, A/R, Payroll, Cash and Credit Card Reconciliations • CPA or other professional license eligibility • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
