📋 Description

• Create designs for branding, marketing materials, digital assets, social media content, presentations, and other projects • Translate client briefs and requirements into engaging visual concepts communicating key messages and brand identities • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across design deliverables • Collaborate with clients, project managers, art directors, and internal teams on design direction • Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions • Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and deadlines • Use Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit graphics • Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software updates • Communicate with clients about design needs, preferences, and feedback • Provide timely updates and revisions based on client input

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (3+) working as a graphics designer, either freelance or in a design agency setting on IRL experiential projects/large print format • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across digital and print mediums • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software • Excellent creativity, artistic ability, and attention to detail
