📋 Description

• Review case-based scenarios involving child and adolescent abuse and trauma • Evaluate AI-generated mental-health guidance for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness • Identify gaps, harmful assumptions, or clinically weak recommendations • Apply trauma-informed care principles to content and evaluation tasks • Contribute to best-practice guidance for supporting young abuse survivors • Review content for ethical and safeguarding considerations • Provide structured feedback to improve AI training data and model outputs • Participate in iterative quality reviews with multidisciplinary teams • Document recommendations clearly and consistently

🎯 Requirements

• Completed MD, PhD in Psychology, or PhD in Social Work • Extensive clinical experience working with children or adolescents who are victims of abuse • Strong expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions • Current or recent clinical engagement with vulnerable youth • Strong clinical judgment in complex trauma and abuse-related cases • Ability to evaluate mental-health guidance for safety, ethics, and appropriateness • Strong written communication skills • Strong commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding, and professional ethics
