📋 Description

• Design and implement technical architectures for MES/MOM solutions, Industrial DataOps platforms (UNS), and digital transformation initiatives • Translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs • Maintain awareness of client business drivers, operational challenges, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with Functional Consultants throughout the project lifecycle • Lead hands-on implementation using Ignition, Sepasoft MES modules, MQTT brokers, and related technologies • Configure and develop MES modules for production tracking, OEE, quality, traceability, scheduling, inventory, and maintenance • Design and implement Unified Namespace architectures, including ISA-95 data models, MQTT topic structures, and data pipelines • Integrate MES/MOM solutions with ERP, SCADA, PLCs, historians, QMS, LIMS, and analytics platforms • Perform scripting and development using Python and SQL • Lead unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing • Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, configuration specifications, and deployment procedures • Support commissioning, deployment, and go-live activities • Manage technical projects under $100K with guidance • Collaborate with Grantek India offshore teams and extended workforce partners • Mentor junior technical consultants and participate in code reviews • Contribute to technical accelerators, templates, and reusable components • Support pre-sales activities, demonstrations, feasibility assessments, and architecture reviews • Participate in proposal development, technical estimation, and solution definition • Identify follow-on opportunities within existing client engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in industrial automation, MES/MOM, or manufacturing IT • Proven hands-on experience with Ignition and/or Sepasoft • Experience implementing multiple MES functional modules • Integration experience with enterprise and shop-floor systems • Strong SQL and Python scripting capabilities • Understanding of ISA-95 and manufacturing data standards • Data modeling and performance optimization experience • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Self-directed with strong execution discipline • Clear communication with technical and functional stakeholders • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Willingness to mentor junior team members
