📋 Description

• Build relationships and make connections with salon managers, franchisees, and internal departments • Coach, influence, and motivate salon managers, general managers, and franchisees to improve and grow salon performance • Monitor and document compliance with the Great Clips operating system and brand standards • Evaluate salon operations and provide recommendations for improvement • Complete salon audits using Great Clips tools and resources • Provide coaching and development for salon managers • Consult with franchisees and Great Clips staff to improve performance and growth • Manage assigned market budgets to meet expense and net salon goals • Build trust with franchisees to influence positive organizational growth • Motivate large groups of salon managers and franchisees through public speaking • Lead presentations • Work from a home office when not traveling; regularly travel to salons and company meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates need to reside in the Chicago metro area • Ability to build relationships, motivate, coach, and influence others • Customer service orientation mentality • Ability to conduct workshops and presentations • Basic understanding of financials • Analytical and strategic thinking skills • Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required • Knowledge and skill in using Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet functionality • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is required • 2 years post high school business or equivalent education and 4 years of salon/retail management experience is required • Reliable, secure internet for remote work • Ability to travel 40–60% of the time • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
