📋 Description
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of NICE systems and solutions. • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored NICE solutions. • Oversee and manage NICE project timelines, deliverables, and resources. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to NICE systems. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in NICE implementations. • Develop and maintain documentation for NICE systems, including configuration, processes, and procedures. • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on NICE systems and best practices. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in NICE technology.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with NICE systems, including implementation and support. • Proven experience in leading NICE projects and teams. • Strong understanding of NICE technologies, including NICE Engage, NICE inContact, and NICE Workforce Management. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Relevant NICE certifications to may include the following: NICE inContact CXone Certification NICE Certified Implementation Engineer NICE Workforce Management (WFM) Certification NICE Interaction Analytics Certification NICE Quality Management Certification
