📋 Description

• Own client relationships as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of building materials and DIY manufacturers • Build trust, drive engagement, and ensure clients see measurable value from Datavations • Drive adoption by integrating Datavations intelligence into client workflows, including PLR preparation, assortment reviews, pricing strategy, and merchant meetings • Translate complex datasets into narratives for technical and non-technical audiences • Build business reviews, insight decks, and ad-hoc analyses • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales to grow accounts • Champion client needs internally, advocate for product improvements, flag risks, and work with data science, product, and leadership • Develop repeatable playbooks, client-facing content, and best practices for the Customer Success team • Report to the Head of Customer Success & Data Science and work alongside CSMs and a data science lead

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role using analytics and data to drive ROI and inform decisions • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow enterprise client relationships • Strong data storytelling skills for executive and analytics audiences • Experience driving adoption of data products or analytics platforms across large organizations • Comfort working with alternative or non-traditional data sources and articulating their value • Understanding of pipeline, renewal risk, and connections between Customer Success activity and commercial outcomes • Executive presence with senior stakeholders • Clear, direct communication style; organized thinking and practical recommendations • Preferred: experience with retail, consumer, or building materials data, including Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, 1010data, or major retailer insights platforms • Preferred: background in market research, competitive intelligence, and/or analytical consulting • Preferred: familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Python, or R • Preferred: demonstrated integration of AI tools such as Claude or Gemini into daily routines • Preferred: experience at a small or mid-size company in a dynamic operating model • Preferred: understanding of category management, assortment planning, merchant dynamics, and supply chain • US-based work location • Approximately 10–20% travel for client meetings, QBRs, and team events
