📋 Description

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Marketing organization • Serve as the primary finance advisor to Marketing leadership • Help optimize resource allocation and evaluate growth initiatives across Brand, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing • Manage the end-to-end Marketing budget, including monthly close support, variance analysis, planning, and forecasting • Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings, quarterly business reviews, and leadership meetings • Develop and maintain financial models tracking Marketing spend effectiveness and evaluating investments, headcount, and project ROI • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build integrated models connecting top-of-funnel activities and pipeline metrics to downstream revenue • Partner with Revenue Operations and Accounting to align metrics, pipeline forecasts, and the financial close process • Partner with broader FP&A and GTM teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product • Leverage AI tools to reduce manual reconciliation, automate tasks, and increase capacity for business partnership and analysis • Handle additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, including experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment • Significant experience in a business partnering role • Experience as a trusted finance partner directly supporting Marketing leadership in software or cloud businesses highly preferred • Strong analytical and financial skills • Proficiency in forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis • Ability to connect marketing metrics and pipeline performance to budget decisions and business outcomes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate financial results into clear recommendations and frame discussions around decisions, tradeoffs, and next steps • Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides • Proficiency in using AI tools to automate FP&A workflows • Experience with FP&A tools such as Adaptive or NetSuite, and marketing planning tools such as Allocadia or Uptempo, a plus • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
